This second edition utilized the original Wackernagel plates but they were now printed by Albert Delong at the Andersen Lamb Company of Brooklyn. Strand was even more pleased with this version remarking: they have been able to get even more out of these twenty beautiful plates in printing the second edition.this work I think is superlative.Delong.has made these plates sing.
