1988réf. BN24710Prentice-Hall 1988. 1988. Hardcover. 229 x 152 x 25 cm. I had the pleasure of meeting Donald Moine in 1985 when I hired him to speak at at company sales training event. His clear and accessible articulation of complex psychological principles underlying effective persuasion tools were easy to grasp and implement. We purchased many copies of this book and I have been giving them out to sales professionals and managers for years. Alas I finally ran out of copies of the book and discovered I had actually given away my personally autographed copy. Although he has published updated material from this original edition I really wanted to replace my edition of the volume in my library. I highly recommend this for anyone seeking to immediately increase their effectiveness in selling or persuasion.
