1791Best.-Nr. 5513Paris: imprimerie Royale 1791. First edition. A nice copy of this list of tariffs and duties payable on the eve of the Revolution. An impressive alphabetical list of products or goods with opposite the amount of the tax applied upon entry and exit according to the quantity or weight. No printed or publisher details. There appear to have been many versions of this printed particularly by regional printers. Presumably for distribution throughout the kingdom. We have been unable to find another copy with the same vignette to the first page. Loose sheets unsewn. In good clean condition with a touch of edgewear and darkening only. There seem to be several different paginations to copies of this tarif. Our copy has 35 pages and is a complete A-Z list. It seems there is also a 44 page copy we believe that this has tariffs applicable in the colonies and lists of goods prohibited to export. 28cm x 21.5cm. 28 cm x 215 cm. imprimerie Royale unknown
