Il testo ripercorre i momenti cruciali che a partire da questo decennio hanno messo a dura prova l'Europa e i suoi cittadini. L'ultimo, determinato dalla pandemia di Covid-19, che ha compromesso gravemente il tessuto economico e sociale europeo, ha spinto l'Unione europea a definire varie iniziative e misure per far fronte alla crisi sanitaria. Tra le misure adottate, in particolare è stato istituito il nuovo strumento europeo per la ripresa e la resilienza Recovery Fund (regolamento UE 12 febbraio 2021, n. 2021/241): il principale dispositivo di intervento, che mette a disposizione degli Stati membri prestiti e sovvenzioni ed alla base dei Piani Nazionali di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR), presentati dagli Stati membri. The Berrien sisters were pochoir specialists working in their Greenwich Village studio. Martha Berrien worked with the Limited Editions Club coloring the LEC's Twenty Leagues beneath the Sea 1956 and Moll Flanders 1954. The card 6 x 14" with the line stamped text beneath the illustration "Hand Colored Martha Berrien N.Y." One period fold. unknown
