Initiated in burin engraving in Paris by Joseph Hecht a rigorous master she produced over 60 original works between 1950 and 1960 which attracted much attention. Her encounter with Hans Bellmer afterwards was decisive. No one can deny that her work contributed greatly to extending the universal success of Bellmer.
