1959réf. 24003London: Weidenfeld and Nicolson 1959. A first edition first printing of Henderson the Rain King by Saul Bellow published by Weidenfeld and Nicolson London in 1959. In a similarly near fine price clipped wrapper chipping to the spine tips chipping to the knuckles of front and rear flap folds and fading to the spine. Jacket design by Bill Preston. Henderson the Rain King by Saul Bellow is one of his most celebrated works.
