Fast ignition studies and the development of high-intensity lasers have opened the new field of relativistic laser-plasma interaction. The extreme states thus achieved will advance contributions to science and industrial applications such as material processing novel accelerators ultra-brigth ultra-short X-ray sources.Starting now and continuing in the next few years the scientific world will witness the emergence of an increasing number of new experimental and computational platforms that will usher in an unprecedented era of studying matter at extreme conditions and subsequently a broad range of missions including the dream of inertial fusion energy. This dynamic international conference will emphasize high-energy and high-intensity laser pulsed power particle beam-matter interaction and high energy density physics current achievements and promises for the future.
