"A rich and monumental saga with a scope and daring that slive through the protective secrecy of the Roman Catholic Church to reveal as never before the lives of men and women entangled in the extraordinary battle between faith and power... Teems with an unforgettable cast of characters. Popes, bishops and bankers, saints and sinners, men and the women they love intertwine and clash with each other amid the dramatic events that affect the daily lives of nearly a billion people in every corner of the world." - from dust jacket. Clean and unmarked with light wear. Dust jacket now preserved in glossy new archival-grade Brodart cover. Please note: light cigarette scent. Nice copy. Book
1993Signed and inscribed by O'Driscoll to a fellow professor upon half-title page. 395 pages. Index. Reproductions of black and white photos. "Using new original documents from The Soviet Union, The Vatican, the United States, Europe, and the results of an academic field study in the Middle East, this book cuts through the facade of national governments to the raw realities of world-power politics, presenting page after page of startling but fully-documented facts, unmasking the forces behind our present world chaos, a chaos that has been deliberately induced and proceeds to the certain annihilation of that which is, on order to clear the way for the creation of what will be antiChrist, the unique creation of man on earth." - from back cover. Moderate wear. Binding tight. A quality signed copy of this uncommon and important expose. Book
