The document goes on to outline such a plan which includes encouraging and promoting travel to Brazil by Americans teaching Portuguese in schools to encourage relations as well as using sports figures agriculture aviation and movies to promote a cross-pollination of the two nations. The second piece is a collection of reproduced articles on Francisco Pignatari a young Brazilian playboy and industrialist. Presumably Pignatari would be a critical piece of the puzzle in promoting Brazil's industry to the United States. An interesting concept pushing for post-war alliances and a boost to Brazil's economy. Gordon Industrial Services, Inc unknown
