The final installment in a trilogy of automatic writing spirit channelling books published by Otto Torney Simon following the death of his wife Anne Simon in 1916. While Otto acted as the material scribe the text centers Anne as the "surviving" intellect relaying to Otto descriptions of dying and the evolution of the human soul after death. She argues that the power of love is what will bring "celestial enlightenment" reframing a historically feminine trait as the governing force of the universe. She also focuses specifically on the evolution of the female soul describing the afterlife as free from the domestic and social constraints placed upon women. A fascinating example of automatic writing wherein a woman who would have been barred from spiritual/psychological leadership uses her living husband to transcend patriarchal structures. . Robert O.
