Paper covers show moderate edge wear but no tears. Cloth spine is worn at corners with a small open tear but otherwise fully intact; no separation from binding. Binding is tight. Pages darkened where a bookmark and paperclip were placed bumped at corners. All pages intact and largely unmarked save one of six included inspection cards filled out in July 1915.
