Istruzioni graduali, illustrate, per avvicinarsi alle autentiche pratiche sciamaniche himalayane, incluse guarigioni fisiche e spirituali, viaggi sciamanici e cerimonie, come il Kalchakra Katne, un rituale per rimuovere le energie tossiche dalle persone. Esercizi per incontrare gli antenati del proprio lignaggio sciamanico, tecniche per usare la voce come uno strumento sciamanico e pratiche per mettersi in contatto con il mondo spirituale senza rischi.
