DS 1p 8½" X 11" n.p. 15 September 1911. Very good. Quite mild bit of wear and couple small edge chips. Updating form sent out by "Who's Who in America" for their 1910-11 edition printed on light orange stock with Nagel's small 2 3/4" X 2" clipped entry from the previous edition tipped to the central blank portion. Below this Nagel approves this mini-biography by signing and dating it. Small editorial corrections inked in red to clipping such as adding "LL.D. Brown University 1911". Large "Ordered by Dept of Commerce & Labor" in blue grease pencil at upper right. Unusual and interesting item completed while in office. unknown
