1949rif. SHEL1210New York: Metropolian Opera and The Texas Company Texaco 1949. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Original vintage 1949 year not printed poster of the Metropolitan Opera New York City printed on heavy paper board stock. Stated 9th year presented by The Texas Company which would be 1949. Carmen was performed that year and the colorful image on the poster/broadside is apparently of that opera. Very moderate curling / small bumps at corners. Slight browning - perhaps a stain on narrow edges of lower left corner. No pin or nail holes. Very good or better condition and a rather showy piece for display with appropriate presentation/framing. Size: just about 12 1/2" x 19 1/2 Metropolian Opera and The Texas Company (Texaco) hardcover
