Opposite the copyright page is an inked geneology report on notebook paper of the John Trumble family. On the inside front cover is glued a B&W copy of John Trumbull picture from a painting by Waldo and Jewett. Also on the inside front cover is a 6 cent postage stamp of Battle of Bunker Hill a painting by John Trumbull. Opposite the inside front cover is attached Reprinted from the Yale University Library Gazelle Vol. 25 No. 2 October 1950. Trumbull's Troubles: An Omitted Chapter of the Artist's Life. Inked at the top of the Gazelle is: To Mrs. Robert F. Jefferys with the compliments of Theodore Sizer. Laid in the back of the book is a B&W copy of the artwork used for the postage stamp that is in the front of the book. Sunned spine. Binding is fine. Rubbing to top and bottom spine edges.
