‎I Was an Adventuress Original screenplay for the 1940 film‎

‎Los Angeles: Twentieth Century-Fox 1939. Final script for the 1940 film. Based on the 1939 French film "J'etais une Adventuriere" written by Jacques Companeez Herbert Juttke Hans Jacoby and Michel Duran. The story of a second-rate ballerina played by real-life ballerina Zorina who teams up with con men Erich Von Stroheim and Peter Lorre the three of whom hatch a plan to impersonate a countess in order to steal from high society.
