"The universal theory of war was to be derived from historical observation... Puységur dismissed the challenge of historical change... Despite all changes in armament, the science and art of war remained the same at all times. Expressing neo-classical conceptions [he] emphasized that the successes of all the great generals throughout history had been the result of adherence to the universal rules of war." RAFFAELE CARBONE
INFINI ET SCIENCE DE L'HOMME L'HORIZON ET LES PAYSAGES DE L'ANTHROPOLOGIE CHEZ MALEBRANCHE
PRéFACE DE GIAMBATTISTA GORI ET BRUNO PINCHARD LA CITTà DEL SOLE 2007 717 PP. FONDO DI MAGAZZINO: PARI AL NUOVO.

Global Terrorism: a Threat to Humanity Volume 6 Vols. Set [Hardcover] Volume 6 Vols. Set
Since the days of yore, terrorism had deep linkage with our changing modes of civilisation. The acts of violence are the glaring phenomenons which are very often used to oust a ruler or a despot. The methods are ferocious in contents: they are guns, letter bombs, conventional explosives, kidnapping, demand for ransom money and airline hijacking. Thus terrorists can attack anything, anywhere and at any time.

It is evident that the governments cannot protect everything, everywhere, all the time. However, a new wave of vigilance has dawned at global level after the violent attack of 11th September in the United States. Many of the world countries have sought the support of others to strengthen their foreign policy strategies in the new Millennium.
