This is the first magazine in series of three in total eventually published. Front cover does not have usual owners address this issue retains the uncommon qt flap on front which would usually be long gone. There is a blank Easton Press book plate fixed to the fly title page ready to take the name of its new owner. 228 pages of text including an index with an introduction by James Michener. Hemingway's last great tribute to the bull ring and the matador's who fight in it. Initially the title was serialized by Life Magazine in 1960. It was not published in book form until 1985.
