Lepage, 1880 ; plaquette in-8, demi-percaline grise de l’époque. 48 ppÉDITION ORIGINALE. “Quittant son Paris natal, Perrot raconte sa douloureuse expérience militaire contre les chouans, dans la région de Vire, dans l’Orne, dans la Manche. Son récit ne dépasse pas la fin de 1793.” Fierro. Bibl. des Mémoires sur la Révolution 1151.Perrot est né à Paris vers 1773. Il a laissé un grand nombre de poésies, chansons, comédies, vaudevilles, etc. Après un séjour de près d’un an en Normandie, le bataillon dont il faisait partie a quitté le Havre le 23 thermidor an II. Il fut ensuite envoyé en Suisse et en Italie. Rentré en France, Perrot fut attaché à l’administration des postes. Il est mort en 1853.
