In-f°(215 x 300mm) pleine toile bleue, pièce de titre de cuir rouge (à l'ancienne), gardes marbrées, 329 feuillets ronéotés d'un seul côté, nombreux documents en annexe. Deux de ces documents ont été scotchés à l'origine pour en réunir les 2 parties, dos un peu passé, sinon bon exemplaire, certainement peu courant.
