HEART THROBS IN PROSE AND VERSE Vols. 1 & 2
Boston/New York: Chapple Publishing Co./World Syndicate Co. 1905. The contest judges winnowed the entries down to 840 winners published in Vol. 1 in 1905. Vol. 2 published in 1911 contains some 800 more. The anthology includes short selections ranging from the Bible to Poe from Shakespeare to Petroleum V.
