Es überlebte in zwei Handschriften, die zuerst von Poggio Bracciolini während des Konstanzer Konzils entdeckt u. 1473 zuerst in Nürnberg gedruckt wurde. - Wie praktisch alle im Handel angebotenen Exemplare handelt es sich wohl um einen fotomechanischen, vermutlich nach Übernahme des Verlags Reimer durch de Gruyter (1919), entstandenen Neudruck.‎
