Light scattered brownspots. � First printing of an importent paper in which Gerhardt introduced the concept of "type" in organic chemistry in order to understand all substitution reactions.<br><br>"Gerhardt adopted Laurent's nucleus or unitary theory and combined it with the theory of types and radicals. In 1852 he discovered the anhydrides of organic acids and explained their structure by an extension of the water type of Williamson. He further proposed that all organic compounds could be related to one of four inorganic types: water hydrogen hydrogen chloride and ammonia. These types could be used to explain most organic reactions as double decompositions. Since Gerhard felt that the formula of organic compounds never ecpressed the actual structure of the molecule but only its reactions he was satisfied with this theory and carried it no farther. Sound collected volume in all with good plates. <br/><br/>In 1721 Augsburg based Jeremias Wolff published a collection of tracts from the work known collectively as �Verneuerte Goldmann� a series of commentaries made by Leonhard Christoph Sturm on the works of Nicolaus Goldmann a professor of mathematics and architecture at Leiden University. Sturm was a German author architecture theorist builder and theologian. He published several architectural treatises in his lifetime before beginning to edit and comment on master architect Goldmann�s groundbreaking theoretical works. Wolff attempted to gather Sturm�s edits together posthumously; Sturm died about 4 years into the project and it took another 3 years to complete. Although the final make-up of the collection is variable it has been said that �no two copies have been found to be exactly the same� this copy is an impressive compilation in content and illustration. It is very likely these tracts on civil architecture have been around each other for quite some time � they may have been intended to be bound in several volumes as sometimes found. As mathematicians Goldmann and Sturm go through great lengths for accuracy. Their mode of thought is analytical even if their procedure is a bit eclectic. The goal remains the same throughout to offer a comprehensive and informative look at architectural theories across the ages. Sturm stresses �the constructive rationality� in architecture which he believes finds its roots in the engineering of the Temple of Solomon. At the core both authors sought to open up the possibility of a new and indeed �German� architectural order. These tracts concern town houses public buildings including schools and hospitals gardens and churches and the elaborate Baroque engravings are of fa�ades instruments and aerial views. Relativamente al contesto europeo, i tre principali documenti, Politica di Coesione 2014-2020 della Comunità europea, l'Agenda digitale per l'Europa - ossia la prima delle sette iniziative principali stabilite nell'ambito della strategia "Europa 2020" per una crescita intelligente, sostenibile e inclusiva - e l'agenda Urbana Europea, affrontano la questione del futuro sviluppo delle città europee da diversi punti di vista, rispettivamente: la coesione sociale, le TIC e la dimensione urbana. La diffusione sempre maggiore di agende digitali nazionali evidenzia la crescente consapevolezza del fatto che un'efficace "Internet policy making" dipende da una serie di politiche coerenti che si basano sui punti di forza del paese di riferimento e sfruttano la natura aperta, decentrata e scalabile di Internet (OCSE, 2011), allo scopo di affrontare sfide globali quali la governance su Internet, il cambiamento climatico e la cooperazione allo sviluppo.
