‎Bias in the Zundel Case - Understanding History‎

‎20 pages. Circa 2000. An 80 point memorandum of law filed by Ernst Zundel's lawyers in 2000. Sets out facts and argues that Justice Campbell's Federal Court of Canada decision was correct regarding bias and that Zundel should not have been forced to be judged by a Canadian Human Rights Commission tribunal in the circumstances extant. "In a May 14, 1998 editorial entitle 'Justice Deniers', the Ottawa Citizen wrote that since the Human Rights Tribunal had been found to be systematically biased, 'it is not possible for Mr. Zundel, or anyone else, to have a fair hearing before a Canadian Human Rights Tribunal as these tribunals are now constituted.'
