Mosca, Annapaola
Via Cassia.
This study attempts to give both a general topographical picture and an analytical reconstruction of the ancient Roman via Cassia from Rome to Florence. Subsequent alterations to the original route are also examined and emphasis is given to the difference between the southern part crossing the territory of Lazio where the route is well preserved and the northern part touching the regions of Umbria and Tuscany where it separates into various branches. 575 gr. xvi-264 p.
