The black & white plates show carpets, tapestries and paintings with carpets in them. The color plates are almost all carpets from private collections in Italy, mostly from Milan, some from Lugano, Varese, London, Paris and churches in Transylvania. 13" high X 10" wide, 219 text pages + plates. A beautiful production printed by Arti Grafiche Fratelli Magnani in Milan for Edizioni Libri Artistici in September 1962. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra.
