Filled with b&w photos thoroughout, some full page, most very large. Contents are a series of questions, chronologically arranged, such as When did the construction of the main cables begin? Do the tops of the towers actually move? Did they really consider putting a second deck on the bridge? etc. Pages 157 -- 287 are Highlights from Annual Reports from the Highway and Transportation District Staff and Board of Directors. The final seciton details the Seismic retrofit and design. Impressive volume.
