C. pictures headed by A. C. Sourwine the film magnate is a drama of youth trying to adjust itself to the strange new world of talking pictures. Allan Day - whoever he is - is not an Alice in Wonderland. He is a sane observer in an insane asylum. He dedicates his book to 29126670 American girls under the age of 25. Mr. Day has not attempted any really scientific approach to the subject of movieitis; not by any means. He has given it a treatment exclusively his own and the result is an overpowering and dramatic book." . First Edition. Hard Cover.
