1953287 pages. Index. "An attempt to tell the almost complete story of the part pseudo Americans have played, and are playing, in the Communist conspiracy to destroy the American way of life, and to turn the United States of America over to the War Lords of Moscow. The book publishing industry, even today, is completely red, pink, orange or yellow. Not a single orthodox publisher would handle RED RAT RACE - and not in every case because it put the finger on disloyal 'Americans' in high places. Rather, those book houses not owned by Communist dupes and sympathizers lacked totally the intestinal fortitude to stand up against Communist abuse and vilification." - Preface. Wood [1879-1969], under whose leadership Sears Roebuck was transformed from a mail-order to a retail sales behemoth. pp. [6], 7-90. "Communist plotters, in the United States as elsewhere, are preparing for the conquest of political power. The discerning student, however, should consider how interventionism, under various enticing labels, is setting the stage for the final overthrow of the voluntary society, the market economy and constitutional government. 1974"Here is PRAIRIE FIRE, our political ideology - a strategy for anti-imperialism and revolution inside the imperial US. This paper has been collectively adopted as the political statement of the Weather Underground. It is written as an argument against those who oppose action and hold back the struggle." - Opening statement by Bernadine Dohrn, Billy (Bill) Ayers, Jeff Jones and Celia Sojourn. pp. [6], 7- 186, [6]. The People's War destroys the soul of a nation, systematically leading it into disobedience and disrespect of law and order. As in all revolutions, the People's War means complete chaos, a savage struggle in which the end justifies the means, and vengeance, trickery, and even treachery, play a great part." - Introduction.
