ANS 1p heavy stock 6¼" X 3¼" n.p. 1971 July 23. Near fine. Penned boldly in blue ballpoint. Nice note thanking an admirer and "enclosing the last publication before retirement." Closes off with a true crusader's salutation: "Please carry the program forward." A quite uncommon autograph. unknown
