1927ref. 21471Grenoble France: J. Rey B. Arthaud 1927. First Edition. Wraps. Folio with actual boards enclosing the book proper. Very Good. Aquerelles de Pierre Vignal. No. 351 2975 copies issued. Folio 33 by 25 cm. 128 2 pp. With a dozen color plates which are not a part of the pagination and are printed on just one side of their leaf. The plates have tissue guards onto which the title of the Vignal watercolor is given. Throughout the text there are countless photos brown or sepia and white. The leaves are of a thick quality paper. Rebacking of the folio -- essentially a repair of what serves as a dust jacket. The brown cloth used isn't like what it has replaced but it does create a clean look. The rear has a few crease marks. Within our copy is clean and fresh. J. Rey, B. Arthaud unknown books
