1906rif. 97536Danbury Conn.: G.F. Allen Printer 1906. 1906. Fair. - Octavo 9-1/4 inches high by 6-1/8 inches wide. Softcover light green wraps titled and decorated in darker green on the front cover. There are two holes along the left edge of the book by which the book was once bound with a cotton cord. The cord now lacking the covers and pages are now loose. The covers are soiled & stained with creases along the edges and corners and part of the location "field Conn" stamped in black. There are a few small horizontal tears to the spine and a small piece chipped out from the bottom edge of the rear cover. 48 unnumbered pages profusely illustrated in black & white throughout including depictions of the "Bailey Avenue Stables" "Col. Hiram K. Scott" "Main Street Ridgefield" a full page ad for a drawing of a "Fine Bred Scotch Collie" puppy "an Ideal Country Home" etc. There is dampstaining to the bottom inner corner of the first few pages with some foxing to those pages and a small piece chipped from the bottom edge of the last few pages.
