Da contorno ci sono le travolgenti storie d'amore di lei appena concluse (fra cui quella con Giorgio D'Adamo, bassista dei New Trolls, e un matrimonio lampo con Franco Baldieri) e il matrimonio di lui con Viola Valentino... e ancora la defezione di Riccardo dai Pooh, l'abbandono fra i due, il flirt di lei con Maurizio Vandelli (leader della Equipe 84), un nuovo ricongiungimento fra Patty e Riccardo... e l'inesorabile rottura.
