Legatura coeva in mezza pergamena con tassello di titolo al dorso e piatti con carta marmorizzata. Molto buono. Contiene la discussione per l'istituzione della prima copertura previdenziale in Italia per gli operai che verrà approvata cinque anni dopo. Della Commissione fanno parte tra gli altri Francesco Nitti Luigi Luzzatti Marco Besso con presidente il ministro Pietro Lacava -La storia della previdenza italiana inizia nel lontano 1898 quando venne fondata la Cassa nazionale di previdenza per linvalidità e la vecchiaia degli operai: si trattava di unassicurazione volontaria integrata da un contributo di incoraggiamento dello Stato e dal contributo anchesso libero degli imprenditori. --Importante documento originale per la storia delle istituzioni sociali in Italia.
