Uniformly bound in full straight-grain morocco retaining the half title and blanks. Endpapers renewed. Externally generally smart with rubbing to extremities and joints causing small cracks to joints. Hinges are slightly strained to most volumes with the front hinge tender to I II and XVII and the rear hinge tender to I and VI. A small tear to the head of the front joint to I. A few light marks to boards. Bookplate to front paste down. Internally firmly bound. Pages are generally bright with scattered spotting and light handling marks mainly to the first and last few pages.
