‎In 4° piccolo; 254, (2 b.) pp. e 5 c. di tav. compresa l'antiporta incisa (su 6 manca la carta numero 5 posta alla fine del volume). Legatura coeva in pieno cartoncino d'attesa. Qualche macchiolina al margine basso bianco dell'antiporta, un leggerissimo ed ininfluente alone d'umidità alle prime 40 pagine, ininfluente e per il resto esemplare in buone-ottime condizioni di conservazione ed ancora in barbe. Marca tipografica al frontespizio con Minerva che tiene in mano un libro ed il motto "La felicità delle lettere". A carta N2r inizia con occhietto l'Aggiunta d'esperienze, e d'osservazioni intorno alla natura ed alle proprietadi dell'elettricità, indiritte alla Società Regia di Londra dal signor Guglielmo Watson. Prima edizione italiana di questo importante saggio dedicato all'elettricità scritto dal celebre fisico francese, Jean Antoine Nollet, conosciuto come l'abate Nollet (19 dicembre 1700 – 25 aprile 1770). Notevolissimi sono i suoi contributi nel campo dell'elettricità. Infaticabile studioso, fu in grado di applicare allo studio delle realtà fisiche le proprie conoscenze inventando numerosissimi strumenti scientifici come i primi elettroscopi, una versione "asciutta della bottiglia di Leida. Nollet is the first one who published the close relationship existing between lightning and the electric spark." B. Kreiswinkelmodell Anleitung S. 18 ff. Mit dabei ein 5 cm langer am Ende verjüngter Metallstift zum Anbringen bzw. Einpressen der Ösen in die Pappe. - Papp-Schuber gebräunt etwas fleckig stärker bestoßen u. mit kleinem Laschenabriß aber insgesamt intakt. Il suppose que devraient s'appliquer ainsi des résultats similaires à ceux de la relativité restreinte avec la vitesse. - La théorie d'échelle qu'il a développée est décrite comme une extension de la relativité d'Einstein, fondée sur le même principe heuristique et la même démarche. Son idée a ensuite été de supposer l'existence de trajectoires qui variaient suivant le changement d'échelle, et qui n'étaient donc pas rectifiables, c'est-à-dire des trajectoires fractales. Les mouvements apparemment désordonnés des particules à l'échelle quantique se ramènent donc à des mouvements suivant des géodésiques fractales. Sa théorie, permet de redémontrer des résultats importants de la physique. Notamment, il semble avoir redémontré l'équation de Schrödinger à une dimension (résultat connu de physique statistique mais de signification différente de celle qu'elle a réellement en physique quantique). Par contre, un certain nombre d'autres affirmations de redémonstrations n'ont pas encore pu être prouvées. La théorie de relativité d'échelle est en contradiction avec le paradoxe EPR et l'expérience d'Elitzur-Vaidman (obtention d'information sur système quantique sans interaction avec lui). Son application en cosmologie n'a pas pu non plus être prouvée à cause de l'incertitude sur les résultats de mesure des orbites des planètes ou exo-planètes.
