Ives who did not believe that Einstein's Theory of Relativity was correct - he proceeded to perform experiments which would prove his hypothesis -- and in the process actually proved though he believed otherwise that the "relativistic time dilation to the Doppler shift of light" Einstein theorized was indeed correct. this experiment is known as the "IvesStilwell experiment". This book includes letters to physicists his own notes experiments etc. from and to Ives regarding his somewhat obsessive idea that Einstein's Theories were incorrect. This book is somewhat scarce. . TYNDALL, JOHN.
