Volume two only of this study of the people climate and animals of North America. By Cornelius de Pauw a Dutch philosopher who despite never visiting America considered himself an expert on the country. Ex-library with call numbers on the spine interior pastedowns and stamping. Minor soiling scuffing and fading to the covers. Small dampstain to the rear cover. "Mr. Davies's book gives a devastating account of the Justice Department's evasion and duplicity and draws upon new evidence that has come to light in the past two years. This book is an indictment not only of some of the Ohio National Guard but of the Nixon Administration for its failure to come to grips with the unanswered questions surrounding the tragic events of May 4 1970 and of the American public as well for its willingness to let these questions go unresolved."
