Any Magazine Appearances Signed By Hubbard Are Rare. I Am Unaware Of Any Other Copy Of This Story Signed By Hubbard Ever Being Offered For Sale; Hubbard Had Already Begun His Intense And Exclusive Involvement With Dianetics By The Time The Story Was Published And He Apparently Did Not Return To Science Fiction Until The Mid To Late 1970'S. The Signature Compares Favorably With Other Hubbard Signatures From This Time And Authenticity Is Guaranteed. The Signature Was Confirmed To Me Personally Some Years Ago By Forrest Ackerman Who Remembered When It Was Signed For Him On The Occasion Of Their Lunch Together While Ackerman Was Still Hubbard's Agent For Science Fiction. Probably The Only Signed Copy Of This Work. This Copy Worn At Ends Placed In Better Covers From Another Copy Of This Issue Of The Magazine; With Original Covers Loose.
