Ze heeft daarom na de oorlog de traditionele recepten achterhaald en gebundeld in een boekje Recepten uit de joodse keuken dat begin jaren vijftig bij De Arbeiderspers is verschenen. Het boekje werd in culinaire en joodse kringen een begrip, en hoewel het reeds enige tijd is uitverkocht wordt er in de boekwinkel en bij de uitgeverij nog steeds naar dit standaardwerk gevraagd. Deze nieuwe, volledig herziene editie van Recepten uit de joodse keuken bevat de bekendste gerechten uit de Nederlands-joodse keuken. Bovendien bevat het een aantal unieke Nederlands-Portugees joodse recepten waarvan bijna niemand het bestaan meer kent, zoals prioletes (matzemeelkoekjes) en patinhos (eend), en zijn er recepten uit de moderne Israelische keuken aan toegevoegd.
