‎Very Good Turkish, Ottoman (1500-1928) Original autograph letter signed 'Nafia Seferberlik Müdürü Sadi Seçmeer', recipient is Safiye Elbi. 20x13 cm. In Ottoman script. 1 p. One paged script in four pages. Safiye Hüseyin was the daughter of Ahmet Pasha, who is a diplomat in England. He completed his education in Europe. Elbi contributed to the development of modern nursery in Turkey. She attended international congresses held in Germany and Switzerland during the Ottoman Imperial rule and received many medals. When the Çanakkale War begins, Safiye Hüseyin was a volunteer nurse and given to the Resit Pasha Hospital Ship as the chief nurse. She also served as a nurse in the Balkan Wars, (1912-1913). After the proclamation of the republic, she worked with a superior waiver in all charities and associations. This letter sent to Elbi by Ministry of Prosperity Mobilization Director, Sadi Seçmeer. Letter indicating which regiment she wants to choose. Probably she was an educator in some Republican charities and army. 1 full p. Ankara, dated 20th of September, 1938.‎

‎Edizione originale. Rara collezione quasi completa dal gennaio 1922 al luglio 1943 mancante di soli 12 numeri: 1922 (n. 3), 1924 (n. 12), 1925 (n. 1), 1926 (n. 1), 1937 (nn. 1-6-7-8), 1941 (nn. 8-10-11-12). Fascicoli in ottime condizioni conservati in astucci e cofanetti protettiti divisi per annata con titoli al dorso. Timbri postali coevi alle brossure del 1943. Mensile fondato nel 1922 da Benito Mussolini a Milano che testimonia l’evoluzione ideologica e istituzionale del fascismo. Nata portando in sé le aspirazioni rivoluzionarie del primo fascismo sansepolcrista - e del vitalismo a esso associato, teso all’ordine attraverso però la trasformazione e la costante messa in discussione dello stato di cose esistente -, la rivista si fece nel tempo sempre di più luogo di dibattito politico-culturale e di propaganda legati al regime come organismo chiuso, saldamente retto dalla figura quasi divina del Duce e non più così avverso alla tradizione. Pubblicata ininterrottamente fino al luglio 1943, «Gerarchia» vide la collaborazione di alcune figure centrali nella parabola umana e pubblica di Mussolini, a partire da Margherita Sarfatti, per alcuni anni direttrice responsabile della pubblicazione e contributrice. Ma fondamentale fu anche l’apporto del pittore e poeta Ardengo Soffici, degli storici Gioacchino Volpe e Arrigo Solmi e del critico Lorenzo Giusti, senza dimenticare Mario Sironi che firmò, a partire dalla prima uscita del gennaio 1922, le tavole monocrome di copertina.‎

‎Settimanale diretto da Tomaso Monicelli. Il primo numero reca la data 6 giugno 1909; cessò le pubblicazioni col numero 22 del 29 maggio 1910. Dapprima la testata fu disegnata da Pietro Chiesa poi da Antonio Rubino. Pubblica testi di politica, storia e letteratura (poesie e racconti di Gozzano, Giorgieri Contri, Vannicola, Govoni, Lucini), abbelliti da numerose illustrazioni di Golia, T.M. Cascella, Fabiano e Rubino. Tutto il pubblicato rilegato in volume.‎

‎Fu fondata a Roma nel febbraio 1882 da F. Martini. Formato in folio, nasce nel contesto della Roma umbertina, trasormista e bizantina. Surclassata dalla Cronaca Bizantina di A. Sommaruga, si fuse con essa nel marzo1885. Collaborarono fra gli altri G. Carducci, L. Capuana, O. Guerrini. Tutto il pubblicato rilegato in un unico volume mezza tela.‎
