London: Cassell and Company Limited 1925. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Handwritten Letters Signed By Author. Second Printing. Very good with bumped extremities and some staining to back cover along the spine. Contains 3 handwritten letters from Tomlinson to his friend and fellow writer Frederick Niven. 2 of these from Jan. and Feb. 1921 he talks about his life and plans and Niven's influence. The third dated July 1923 is written from the Malay Straits and relates his current project which resulted in " Tidemarks ". This letter is in the original envelope which is tipped to the front endpaper with the postmark and stamp. The other two are in a single envelope postmarked in London in Feb. of 1921. This copy from Niven's library also bears a clipping tipped to the front paste down which elucidates his friendship with Tomlinson. Cassell and Company, Limited Hardcover
