Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was not the first person to espouse a non-violent approach to conflict but he was the first to apply non-violence on a large scale. The book offered here was written to be a compilation of his speeches and writings from 1921 until 1942. This second edition was limited to 2500 copies and was preceded by a first edition of 2000 copies. Both editions are scarce and seldom are found in collectible condition. The book is in about very good condition: clean and tight with two bumped corners some relatively minor edgewear and some mottled fading along the spine.
