Strickland Freeman d. 1821 inherited Fawley Court from his uncle Sambrooke Freeman in 1782. He wrote works on horsemanship and botany. Although his will was probated in 1822 and some sources state that he died that year he died in Nov. 1821 according to Debrett's.
